Hello, Winter snacking is real. Long days, low light and blistering cold mean more visits to the snack cupboard. Please tell me I'm not the only one! Personally, I think, if we’re going to snack, we might as well get something out of it. That means snacks that offer a bit of protein or fibre, and enough flavour to actually feel satisfying, not just something to pass the time. Here are five winter snacks that are earning their keep right now (and yes, pomelo made the list… of course I had to include a citrus 🙂). Chocolate Avocado Pudding - you won't believe it til you try it!
