Maple syrup on eggs?! Yes! It's Perfect for a Post Pickleball Lunch!

Hi Reader,

When was the last time you tried something unexpected with your eggs?

Last year, I was on a shredded eggs on avocado toast binge. I still thinking shredding hard cooked eggs adds a fun, light texture that makes a simple egg dish a little more interesting.

This year, I discovered maple eggs. Fried eggs with a drizzle of maple syrup. Nothing earth shattering, just a little different from the hot sauce I usually put on my eggs. I picked up this idea from Chef Sohla El-Wylly. I decided to try it for my latest Lunch in 15, where I combined maple fried eggs with sautéed cabbage and toast. Watch it here👇🏼.
