Lunch in 15 Minutes: Tasty & Simple!


Happy New Year! Here's to a year of health, happiness and good food!

If you're easing back into a normal routine, my new Lunch in 15 series is here to help. Simple, satisfying lunches you can make in about 15 minutes using seasonal produce, leftovers and pantry staples. Nothing complicated, just real good food!

Twice a month I'll share a new Lunch in 15 on YouTube and on my website so you can follow along and adapt it to your kitchen.

Today's recipe is Mushroom Hummus Toast

Golden sautéed mushrooms, creamy hummus, rye toast, and a sprinkle of greens. Simple, easy, and oh so delicious!
