Lunch in 15 - BBQ Chickpea Wrap

Hello Reader,

Last week's maple eggs stirred things up a little! For some it was a definite NO! The thought of sweet sticky syrup on savoury fried eggs did not go over well. For others, it brought back fond memories of family meals almost forgotten.

Either way, is fine with me. My goal with Lunch in 15 is to share a variety of lunch ideas inspired by the seasons. Some may be a little out there, some may not suit you at all and hopefully some will hit that sweet spot and become a new favourite.

This week's lunch was inspired by half a can of chickpeas, a handful of veggies and some creamy BBQ sauce leftover in the fridge. I put them all together in a wrap and ended up with tasty lunch I want to put on repeat.

A Little Treat

Now that it's mostly just me and my hubby, I'm baking less sweet treats. But as citrus season comes to an end, here's one that I just can't resist:

Luscious Lemon Bars

Lemon desserts are one of my favourites. How about you - lemon, chocolate, vanilla or...???
